Led by Elisabeth "Lava", Founder of Bee True You Wellness, National Board Certified Wellness Coach, PCC Life Coach through International Coaching Federation, Spiritual Emergence Coach through Integrative Mental Health University
Each of the six sessions will begin with all levels gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation. Handouts will be provided as a guided introspection to gain further clarity on how you want to move forward with your life through holitistic life coaching tools from Life Purpose Institute and the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching, utilized in a coaching method approved by the International Coaching Federation. Soulful discussion on each person’s insights with a reflection from the leader will follow. At the end of each session you will walk away with either action steps or an introspection handout specific to the area of your life that you decide to work on.
A 7th gathering will be a CELEBRATION on a weekend which will include a potluck and an optional playful, all levels yoga class at a special location.
Only 8 sacred spots for this unique growth experience in community. Bring a yoga mat, journal, pen, and a mug for tea. Tea and healthy snacks will be provided.
$333 includes 6 sessions meeting every other week. Weekday evening will be determined by those interested. Wednesday or Fridays 5:15 - 6:45 pm is proposed at this time.

Breathwork, Meditation & Inner Yoga for Deep Peace
Monthly Workshop
Interested in breathwork and starting or deepening your meditation practice? Enjoy diving into ways to develop or deepen your home meditation practice. Includes an all levels yet gentle to moderate yoga class designed to support entering into a deep state of meditation. The class will begin with a moment of bhakti (chanting with harmonium) and a discussion and handout of tips on preparing for or deepening meditation. The class will end with 15 minutes of pranayama (breath work), 15 minutes of guided meditation, 5 minutes of silent seated meditation and 10 minutes of savasana with optional essential oils. Guided introspection on your intentions for your life can be included. Step out back into the world with a vibration of the peace of your soul from stillness and going within yourself.

Healing Yoga Nidra Workshop
This two and half hour workshop will introduce participants to the guided meditation practice of Yoga Nidra, including the history and benefits of Yoga Nidra. Class will conclude with a yoga practice and a guided yoga nidra meditation. Students are encouraged to bring notetaking materials. No previous meditation practice required. Come experience this relaxing guided meditation for yourself.
Kathleen McKnight is originally from Alaska, and took her first yoga class there in the late 1980's. She began practicing yoga consistently in 2006. In 2012 she became a certified yoga teacher in the Sonia Sumar method of Yoga for the Special Child in Reno, Nevada, teaching yoga regularly to children and adults. In 2019, Kathleen studied with Kamini Desai, and became a certified practitioner of the Integrative Amrit method of Yoga Nidra. She enjoys sharing yoga and the amazing healing benefits of yoga nidra meditation with her students.
